Contract Type: Internship (4 months)
Location: Remote (must align with UK/BST hours)
Hours: 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday
Compensation: Unpaid (performance-based bonuses may be awarded)
What You’ll Do:
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Call leads and partners using prepared scripts, send personalized cold emails/DMs, and log all outcomes.
- Lead Gen: Build and clean target lists, segment data, and prepare outreach flows.
- Partnership Support: Join intro calls with venue owners/agency leads, pitch collaboration ideas, and schedule follow-ups.
- Recruitment:
- Score incoming applications
- Conduct first-round Zoom interviews confidently
- Maintain clean candidate scorecards
- SDR Reporting:
- Update dashboards (calls made, meetings booked, deals advanced)
- Run test campaigns (e.g., AI-blog pilots), record feedback in Loom
- Weekly KPI Snapshot: Pull opens, replies, bookings, and intros into a 1-page summary and present in a 15-min review call.
Must-Haves:
- Fluent English—can cold call and write clear, natural emails
- Solid laptop, webcam, and reliable internet
- Comfortable in Google Sheets (filters, formatting, XLOOKUP)
- Quick to learn tools like Pipedrive, Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Nav, Airtable, Miro
- Confident communicator—calls and interviews are daily
- Self-disciplined and accountable for hitting goals
