We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to grow our customer base, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue through both direct sales activities and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads through calls, meetings, networking, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor performance.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve ranking and visibility.
- Track marketing metrics such as reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Create digital ads (META, Google Ads, etc.) and monitor ROI.
- Collaborate with design teams to create graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies.
