About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about digital marketing, social media, content creation, and online brand building. You will support the execution of digital campaigns, assist in reporting, and help enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Create and publish engaging content for social media channels
• Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic link-building
• Help manage company website content updates
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate with designers/content writers for creative requirements
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
• Assist in email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows
• Improve brand awareness and engagement through online channels

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Analytics)
• Knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Good communication and content-writing skills
• Analytical mindset with willingness to learn tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
• Creative thinking and interest in brand marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any related field
• Digital marketing certification (preferred but not mandatory)
