Content Creation:
- Assist in creating, editing, and publishing content for social media channels, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Help design visually appealing graphics, videos, or images for marketing campaigns.
2. Social Media Management:
- Help manage social media profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Monitor and engage with the audience, responding to comments and messages as needed.
- Track social media metrics, identify trends, and assist in optimizing content to increase engagement.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct basic keyword research to support SEO efforts and improve website rankings.
- Optimize website content, including meta descriptions, headers, and other on-page elements.
4. Email Marketing:
- Assist in drafting and sending email campaigns, newsletters, and customer updates.
- Track and analyze email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates) to optimize future campaigns.
5. Paid Advertising Support:
- Support the team with paid digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) by helping monitor ad performance and suggesting optimizations.
6. Market Research:
- Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and target audience behavior.
- Gather insights on best practices in the digital marketing space.
7. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Help track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to gather data and provide actionable insights.
8. Administrative Support:
- Assist with organizing digital assets, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating with other departments.
