The Marketing Executive will play a central role in driving high-quality, genuine leads for the company while simultaneously enhancing and maintaining the brand’s digital presence across online platforms. This position requires strategic planning, hands-on execution, and continuous monitoring of all marketing activities to support sales, improve lead quality, and contribute to long-term business growth.
1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
The core responsibility of this role is to execute and manage digital campaigns focused on delivering genuine, high-intent real estate leads. The executive will:
- Run, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and relevant digital platforms.
- Build and execute targeted advertising campaigns tailored to different project categories such as luxury housing, mid-segment homes, new launches, and inventory push requirements.
- Analyze campaign data in detail, track CPL (Cost Per Lead), study user behavior, and continuously improve campaign performance to ensure cost-efficient, quality-driven results.
- Ensure all incoming enquiries are authentic and high-intent, refining funnels and filtering mechanisms to reduce junk leads.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand the quality of leads, adjust targeting, optimize budgets, and align digital campaigns with real-time market and project needs.
2. Reporting & Analytics
Data-driven decision making is crucial in this role. The Marketing Executive will:
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports capturing lead count, lead quality, CPL, campaign-level costs, audience demographics, behaviour patterns, and website performance metrics.
- Use insights from analytics to identify strengths, gaps, and improvement opportunities within campaigns.
- Recommend and implement new strategies to enhance digital performance, improve conversion potential, and reduce wasted spend.
3. Website Management
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for maintaining the company’s website as an active, updated, and optimized platform by:
- Regularly updating project information, images, pricing details, offers, blogs, and forms.
- Ensuring all website content remains accurate, engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring website performance, user activity, form submissions, and ensuring smooth functioning across devices.
Skills Required
To excel in this role, the candidate must possess:
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO fundamentals.
- Good understanding of real estate marketing funnels, buyer journeys, and digital lead-generation techniques.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) to create or modify ads and visual content.
- Strong communication and copywriting abilities for creating compelling ad copies, website updates, and campaign messaging.
- A data-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret analytics, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
- Website management capabilities, preferably with experience in WordPress.
