Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels
- Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and website updates
- Manage and monitor social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Support SEO activities including keyword research, backlink building, and content optimization
- Assist in running paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Track and analyze performance metrics using analytics tools and generate weekly reports
- Work closely with design and content teams to develop marketing assets
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer segments
- Support lead generation activities and customer engagement initiatives
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas
Required Skill SetTechnical Skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Email Marketing)
- Knowledge of social media tools and trends
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console & basic SEO tools
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms
- Hands-on exposure to content writing or copywriting
- Understanding of WordPress or website CMS (preferred)
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for data reporting
