Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site internship role for a Digital Marketing Intern at

Capsicum Mediaworks®, based in Mumbai. The intern will support the digital

marketing team with campaign execution, social media management,

content coordination, research, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

● Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

● Help manage and schedule content across social media platforms.

● Conduct keyword research and basic SEO tasks when required.

● Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives.

● Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google

Analytics.

● Support email marketing, social media engagement, and outreach

activities.

● Research trends, competitor strategies, and new digital opportunities.

● Help prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Qualifications:

● Completed Graduation and Digital Marketing course.

● Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media,

analytics).

● Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and

YouTube.

● Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, or

similar tools is a plus.

● Strong communication and organizational skills.

● Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-time campaigns.

● Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.

Stipend: 5,000 to 7,500 per month

Location: Vile Parle (East), Mumbai – 100% Onsite
