Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing & Personal Assistant will support institutional branding, digital communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks for the management team. This dual-role position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. The role is ideal for an individual who can combine creativity with administrative precision in an academic and clinical healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Coordinate digital campaigns to promote academic programs, workshops, clinical services, and events.
- Design posters, reels, short videos, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Maintain and update the institute’s website with upcoming events, notices, and new content.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Suggest and implement strategies to improve online visibility, engagement, and brand presence.
- Manage Google My Business profile and ensure SEO-friendly content across platforms.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the Principal, management, and department heads.
- Manage schedules, calendar appointments, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Draft letters, emails, notices, and internal communications as required.
- Maintain organised files, documentation, and confidential records.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, follow-up on actionable tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in organising institutional events, workshops, seminars, and visitor engagement.
- Handle liaison work with vendors, partners, stakeholders, and external agencies when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Prior experience in digital marketing and/or executive assistance preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to draft professional documents.
- Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and analytics.
- Skilled in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic video editing or graphic design tools.
- Excellent organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Proactive attitude with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (as per institutional schedule)
