Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and post engaging content (images, videos, and captions) across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Research and curate travel-related content to inspire our audience.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and travel-related news to ensure our content is fresh and relevant.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and contests.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and goals.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns to increase engagement and follower growth.
Requirements:
- Passion for travel and knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
