Vserv Capital Services is a fast-growing financial services organization and a Senior Partner of Tata AIA Life Insurance. We focus on building strong digital presence, performance marketing, and impactful brand communication to support our growing advisor and leadership ecosystem.

Role Overview:-

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern who has a strong interest in content creation and digital branding. The candidate should be eager to learn and contribute to live marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design engaging creatives using Canva for social media, ads, and internal communication
• Assist in video editing for reels, short videos, and promotional content
• Support social media handling (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) including posting, captions, and engagement
• Help plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Maintain and analyze data using MS Excel (lead sheets, reports, basic analysis)
• Coordinate with the marketing team for content ideas and execution
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools

Skills & Requirements:-

• Knowledge of Graphic Designing & Canva
• Basic experience in Video Editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Understanding of Social Media Platforms & Content Formats
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification:-

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, BBA, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field

Portfolio Requirement:-

• Applicants must share a portfolio showcasing their work, such as:
• Social media creatives (posts, stories, reels thumbnails)
• Short videos or reels edited by the candidate
• Any digital marketing campaigns, college projects, or internships
• Canva designs, posters, banners, or ad creatives

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
