Digital Marketing Intern

Job Summary

This internship is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with basic internship exposure who are eager to gain practical experience in real-world business, digital marketing operations, automation tools, and client coordination.

The intern will collaborate closely with internal teams and support daily digital operations, social media activities, automation workflows, and communication with international clients.

What You Will Learn & Experience

This role offers hands-on learning and real exposure, including:

• Managing social media accounts for international (Australian) businesses
• Professional email communication with overseas clients
• Practical use of automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, and webhooks
• Working with Google Workspace and task/project management tools
• Exposure to email and SMS marketing activities
• Understanding backend operational processes
• Participation in research and development of AI tools and process optimizations
• Building a strong base in digital operations, marketing execution, and coordination
• Learning team collaboration and operational management skills

Eligibility & Skill Requirements

We are looking for freshers or candidates with internship experience in:

• Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing
• Marketing Operations or Business Operations
• Operations / Management support roles

Additional requirements:

• Eagerness to learn and implement new digital tools
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Experience with Meta Business Suite is an added advantage
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and handle operational responsibilities
• Strong written communication skills, especially for professional emails
• Comfortable working with international clients and processes
