About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience to lead our software and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and successful delivery of IT projects while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and business analysts.
- Translate business requirements into clear project plans and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present project status reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in project execution.
- Manage change requests, documentation, and project deliverables.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Project Manager Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge in any programming language.
