We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation & Marketing Executive to identify, attract, and convert potential customers through strategic marketing and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, supporting sales teams, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital and offline channels
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research, outreach, and marketing tools
- Manage campaigns via email marketing, social media, paid ads, and content marketing
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-ups
- Track, analyze, and report lead performance and conversion metrics
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and ROI
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, marketing, or business development
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email automation, and social media marketing preferred.
