Internship Structure & Stipend

● Month 1: Unpaid (Training & onboarding)

● Next 3 Months: ₹3,500/month

● Next 6 Months: ₹8,000/month

● Post Internship: Opportunity to convert to Executive role based on performance

Responsibilities:

● Manage Instagram & LinkedIn content

● Create captions, reels ideas, and post calendars

● Engage with audience (comments, DMs)

● Track basic performance metrics

Requirements:

● Basic understanding of social media platforms

● Creative mindset & trend awareness

● Willingness to experiment and learn

SEO / SEM Intern

Responsibilities:

● Keyword research & basic on-page SEO

● Assist in website audits and optimization

● Support Google Ads / Meta Ads execution

● Track rankings and performance reports

Requirements:

● Basic knowledge of SEO or digital marketing

● Interest in analytics & performance marketing

● Familiarity with tools is a plus (not mandatory)

Content Writer / Content Creator Intern

Responsibilities:

● Write blogs, website content, captions, and copies

● Assist in content planning and ideation

● Maintain brand tone and consistency

Requirements:

● Strong written communication skills

● Creativity and storytelling ability

● Interest in branding & content marketing

Videographer Intern

Responsibilities:

● Shoot and edit short-form videos (reels, promos)

● Assist with video concepts and storytelling

● Create content for social media & branding

Requirements:

● Basic video shooting/editing skills

● Familiarity with mobile or camera-based shooting

● Creative eye for visuals and trends

Performance Marketer Intern

Responsibilities:

● Assist in running Meta & Google ad campaigns

● Monitor ad performance and insights

● Support optimization and reporting

Requirements:

● Interest in paid ads and analytics

● Numbers-driven mindset

● Willingness to learn ad platforms

AI Content Creator Intern (New Role)

Responsibilities:

● Create content using AI tools (ChatGPT, image/video AI tools, etc.)

● Assist in AI-driven content strategies

● Generate blog ideas, captions, scripts, and creatives using AI

● Explore automation and AI workflows for marketing

Requirements:
