Digital Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a creative, motivated Marketing Intern to help us grow a fun, fast-paced dessert brand built around celebration, community, and unforgettable experiences.

The Naked Cupcake is an upbeat, colorful dessert brand in Orlando known for custom cupcakes, cakes, community events, and over-the-top sweet experiences. We’re looking for someone excited to learn real-world marketing while helping us create memorable content and grow our brand.

DETAILS:

• $15/hour
• 5–10 hours per week
• 60-day internship with opportunity for permanent hire
• Flexible scheduling
• Content creation in person (Orlando/Lake Nona area) and occasionally offsite at events

THIS ROLE MAY INCLUDE:

• Creating social media content
• Capturing behind-the-scenes footage
• Assisting with email + text marketing
• Brainstorming marketing ideas, campaigns, and promotions
• Supporting community events and partnerships
• Researching trends, influencers, and content ideas
• Helping grow engagement and brand awareness

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Is passionate about social media and marketing
• Is creative, dependable, and organized
• Has strong communication skills
• Is willing to take initiative and learn independently
• Understands Instagram/TikTok trends
• Is willing to stay current on trends and marketing ideas independently

BONUS POINTS FOR:

• Canva or graphic design experience
• Photography/video editing skills
• Hospitality or event experience
• Experience creating content for brands or personal platforms

This is a great opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or aspiring marketer/content creator looking to build hands-on experience with a growing local brand.
