We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern based in the Charleston, SC area to join us for the upcoming season. If you are eager to get hands-on experience in the real world of digital advertising, paid media, and client growth, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview

This is a hands-on, temporary role designed for a college student or early-career professional looking to bridge the gap between textbook marketing theory and real-world execution. You will work directly with our team to support digital marketing clients by assisting with ad creation, campaign deployment, and performance reporting.

Hybrid Structure: While day-to-day tasks can be completed remotely, you must be located in the greater Charleston, SC area for potentially weekly co-working days for an immersive internship experience.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, creation, and activation of paid media campaigns across major channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google Ads).
  • Creative & Copywriting: Use generative AI tools (like ChatGPT or Gemini) to brainstorm, draft, and refine compelling ad copy and creative assets.
  • Data & Reporting: Gather, track, and organize key performance metrics inside Google Sheets to help build comprehensive performance reports for clients.
  • Market Research: Stay on top of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to offer fresh insights.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Relevant Education: Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior professional marketing experience is not required, but relevant coursework or class projects are essential.
  • Technical Familiarity:
  • Exposure to or a strong desire to learn modern ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT/Gemini) for text generation and reporting assistance.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets for data tracking.
  • Light design skills (specifically via Canva) are a major plus, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong written communication skills, an analytical mindset, and sharp attention to detail.
  • Logistics: Must be able to meet locally in Charleston, SC for weekly coworking sessions.
