Job Description: Digital Marketing Intern

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing intern to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

Manage budgets for digital campaigns and ensure ROI optimization.

  • Content Marketing:

Create, curate, and distribute engaging content across social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital channels.

Collaborate with design teams to produce visually compelling content.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.

Plan and execute paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) for maximum visibility.

  • Social Media Marketing:

Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Develop and schedule posts, manage community engagement, and analyze performance metrics.

  • Email Marketing:

Design and implement email campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive sales.

Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve email performance.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track campaign performance.

Prepare detailed reports on KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Partnerships & Collaborations:

Collaborate with influencers, partners, and affiliates to amplify brand reach.

Monitor trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

  • E-commerce & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Optimize landing pages and user experiences to maximize lead generation and sales.

Track user behavior to identify and mitigate drop-off points in the customer journey.

  • Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor PPC, display, and retargeting campaigns.

Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 0 - 1 year experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, and email marketing software.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Creative mindset with exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
