Digital Marketing Intern - Female

Social Media Management Intern to join our team on-site at Upgenics Paragon City, Lahore office.

This role is strictly focused on the strategy, scheduling, optimization, and community-building aspects of social media. This is a dedicated, performance-driven internship designed to transition directly into a permanent, full-time position upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily focus will be entirely on managing, growing, and optimizing our active social media channels:

• Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of our brand profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Scheduling & Publishing: Plan, organize, and execute the content calendar using publishing tools (like Meta Business Suite) ensuring all posts go live perfectly on time.
• Community Engagement: Actively monitor brand profiles, respond to comments and direct messages promptly, and foster an engaged, loyal community.
• Social Listening: Monitor audience sentiment, keep track of trending audios/topics, and observe competitor activity to keep our accounts ahead of the curve.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and reach, and compile simple weekly reports.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Fresh graduates or final-year students in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, platform features (Reels, Stories, Carousels), and scheduling tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong, polite, and professional written English communication for community interaction.
• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Availability: On-site full-time capability at our Paragon City office.

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
