Responsibilities (Experts & Interns)

The level of ownership will vary based on experience.

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more
• Assist with SEO, ASO, content marketing, and social media
• Work with product/design teams on creative assets
• Analyse performance and provide insights (experts lead this area; interns learn and support)
• Support brand-building for Misrai Technology
• Participate in experiments for user acquisition and app growth

Additional Expert Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end campaign strategies and budgets
• Manage analytics dashboards, attribution, and conversion funnels
• Run advanced A/B tests and optimisation workflows
• Mentor interns and junior team members
• Oversee influencer campaigns and partnerships

Requirements

For Experts

• Strong hands on experience in performance marketing (3+ years)
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, ASO, Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.
• Experience with apps, SaaS, AI, or ed tech is a bonus
• Strategic mindset + strong analytical skills

For Interns

• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• Strong desire to learn, create, and experiment
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with social media, content trends, and analytics tools is a plus
