Digital Marketing Internship (Female) – Lahore | On-Site | Paid | Leading to Job

We are offering a paid, on-site internship for a motivated Female Intern who wants to build a career in Digital Marketing, AI Content Creation, Advertising, and TVC Production.
You will work on real client projects and learn modern marketing from A to Z.
This internship is designed to lead to a full-time job based on your performance

What You Will Do

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Creating posts, captions, reels, and ads using AI tools & Canva
• Assisting with Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads campaigns
• Supporting advertising projects including TVC concepts, scripts & planning
• Helping in TVC ad coordination, behind-the-scenes work & production assistance
• Using AI tools for marketing research, ideas & optimization
• Understanding branding, messaging & creative direction
• Client communication, making business calls, and handling inquiries
• Page engagement, DM replies & basic reporting

What You Will Learn (Complete Training)

You will receive professional training in:

• AI-powered content creation (images, scripts, ad ideas)
• Digital marketing strategy & social media growth
• Ad campaign setup, targeting & performance improvements
• Brand identity development & creative advertising
• TVC production process: concepts, scripting, pre-production & execution
• Handling clients, communication & sales calling
• Data analytics, insights & monthly reporting

Requirements

• Female candidate (18–28 years)
• Confident in communication and client calling
• Interest in digital marketing, AI tools & advertising
• Basic understanding of social media
• Must be available on-site in Lahore

This internship will give you end-to-end exposure to the digital marketing & advertising industry.

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs15,000.00 per month
