Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead (3+ Years Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to drive and optimize our digital campaigns, including paid ads, SEO, and analytics. You will lead strategy, manage budgets, and turn data into actionable insights to maximize ROI and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Perform SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to improve organic visibility.
• Analyze campaign and website performance, generating reports and insights.
• Manage budgets, bids, A/B tests, and conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams for aligned campaigns.
• Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and emerging marketing tools.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with paid ads & SEO.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, GSC, GTM, and ad platforms.
• Hands-on experience in CRO, remarketing, and technical SEO.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
