Position: Digital Marketing Lead (Digital & Brand Growth)
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (Hybrid – Evacuee Trust Complex, F-5)
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Pakistan Time)
Experience: 4–5 Years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or IT

We are looking for a mid-level, hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to manage and execute online marketing campaigns for our technology and healthcare services.

This is a digital marketing role, not a field or on-ground marketing/sales position.
Applicants with field marketing or sales experience should not apply.
We are looking for someone skilled in online marketing, lead generation, SEO, paid ads, and content marketing.

About the Role

This is a creative and execution-focused role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running digital campaigns, managing social media and website content, executing SEO/SEM strategies, and building brand visibility and lead generation globally.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to craft digital campaigns for healthcare, AI, and IT audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other online platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, design content calendars, and run paid promotions.
  • Create engaging blogs, newsletters, brochures, and website content.
  • Optimize website for SEO and lead generation.
  • Set up and manage email marketing and automation campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance (traffic, leads, ROI) and prepare reports.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis for campaign improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with company goals.

Required Skills

  • 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, or performance marketing.
  • Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing software (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and self-motivated.
  • Experience in IT, SaaS, or healthcare marketing is a plus.
