Digital Marketing,— social media, website, and online campaigns. • Develop creative ideas and strategies for digital marketing initiatives that align with Biometa’s sustainability mission. • Plan and schedule content calendars; coordinate with design agencies for creatives and post scheduling. • Write and manage blog posts, captions, emailers, and product highlights. • Execute SEO, LinkedIn lead generation, and basic paid ad campaigns. • Maintain a consistent brand tone and ensure all digital communication reflects company values. • Track analytics (impressions, engagement, leads) and prepare weekly performance reports. • Support creation of digital marketing assets including brochures, banners, presentations, and product visuals. Lead Generation & Client Outreach • Identify, research, and build databases of potential clients in target industries (retail, hospitality, FMCG, manufacturing, etc.). • Generate B2B leads through digital channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online directories. • Make follow-up calls or messages to convert inquiries into qualified leads. • Maintain CRM data with proper lead tracking, categorization, and pipeline updates. • Collaborate with the sales team to convert high-quality leads into clients. • Conduct follow-ups with past prospects to revive opportunities. • Assist in collecting market data and client insights to support sales planning. Market Research & Insights • Research target markets and industry trends to identify new opportunities. • Analyze competitor marketing activities, pricing strategies, and product positioning. • Prepare periodic research reports to guide marketing and lead-generation strategies. • Study consumer awareness of compostable products and suggest content or campaigns to enhance it. Marketing Coordination & Support • Coordinate with creative, social media, and SEO teams for smooth campaign execution. • Support the marketing manager in planning events, campaigns, and awareness drives. • Maintain organized records of campaigns, leads, and results for internal reporting. • Represent the company in events, exhibitions, or online forums where needed. Key Skills • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. • Strong ability in digital outreach, data management, and client follow-ups. • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, Canva, or CRM tools preferred. • Analytical mindset with curiosity for research and trend analysis. • Self-driven, creative, and passionate about sustainability.
