Purpose:
We are an established UK-based training provider looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to generate leads and increase brand visibility for Smart Horizons’ online and face-to-face training courses. This role focuses on digital marketing execution, content creation, and campaign optimisation to drive measurable growth across all Smart Horizons brands. This is a hands-on role with direct accountability for lead volume, lead quality, and cost across multiple training brands within Smart Horizons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement digital marketing campaigns aligned to business goals.
- Manage Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), Pay Per Click (PPC), and website optimisation to improve traffic and conversion.
- Create engaging content (blogs, guides, case studies, social posts) to support lead generation, SEO and GEO.
- Run email and automation campaigns to nurture prospects.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance (leads, Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversions, ROI).
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and Marketing Insights Manager to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and ensure materials meet compliance and safeguarding standards.
- Research sector trends and competitor activity to inform campaigns.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong digital marketing background (SEO, GEO, PPC, analytics).
- Experience in B2B services, training, or education preferred.
- Proficient with web CMS (WordPress) and marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, Google Ads, Analytics).
- Excellent English writing skills (UK style) and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and able to work independently in a remote setting.
