Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist (Google Ads / SEO / Conversion Tracking)

Accessibility Advantage LLC is a fast-growing mobility and accessibility company specializing in stair lifts, wheelchair lifts, home elevators, and accessible home solutions. We generate high-value leads and operate in a competitive service market where inbound phone calls are the primary sales driver.

We are looking for a results-driven digital marketing consultant to manage and optimize our lead generation systems. This is NOT a social media position. Our business relies on paid search, conversion tracking, and landing page optimization.

Our goal is simple: increase qualified inbound phone calls and booked estimates while reducing cost per lead.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns (Search + Local Services preferred)
  • Oversee a large monthly advertising budget and improve ROI
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking using CallRail
  • Track call quality and attribute leads to campaigns/keywords
  • Build and optimize landing pages using Unbounce (or similar landing page builders)
  • Conduct keyword research and negative keyword optimization
  • Improve local SEO rankings (Google Business Profile, service pages, citations)
  • Reduce cost per lead and cost per booked appointment
  • Provide monthly reporting showing:
  • Cost per lead
  • Cost per call
  • Conversion rate
  • Keyword performance
  • Coordinate with our internal sales team to evaluate lead quality

Required Experience

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts ($10,000+ monthly budget minimum)
  • Experience with CallRail or call tracking platforms
  • Experience building landing pages (Unbounce, Leadpages, or similar)
  • Experience tracking conversions and setting up attribution
  • Understanding of service-area businesses and local lead generation
  • SEO knowledge (on-page SEO, local SEO, Google Business optimization)
  • Ability to explain performance metrics in plain English

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience in home services, medical equipment, accessibility, construction, or HVAC
  • Experience generating inbound phone leads (not ecommerce)
  • Google Analytics / GA4 experience
  • Google Tag Manager experience
  • Understanding of lead qualification and sales funnels

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Work Location: In person
