THE ROLE
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & LMS Specialist to join our core team. This is a key position responsible for:
Training & Course Delivery:
- Design and deliver engaging digital marketing courses using our LMS platform
- Create compelling training content covering SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, analytics, and emerging digital channels
- Conduct live sessions, webinars, and one-on-one coaching with students
- Develop and maintain course materials, assessments, and learning resources
- Track student progress and measure training effectiveness
Business Development & Growth:
- Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities (B2B and B2C)
- Partner with corporate clients to design custom training programs
- Build relationships with educational institutions, online platforms, and business networks
- Execute marketing campaigns to promote academy courses and services
- Convert leads into paid course enrollments and corporate contracts
- Present and pitch training programs to prospective clients
LMS Management and Creation:
- Administer and optimize our Learning Management System (Moodle, TalentLMS, or similar platforms)
- Set up courses, modules, and user groups in the LMS
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth platform operations
- Generate learning analytics reports and KPI dashboards
- Integrate LMS with CRM and automation tools for seamless operations
Curriculum & Strategy:
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Recommend course updates and new program additions
- Collaborate on academy strategy, positioning, and market expansion
- Maintain competitive pricing and value proposition
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven track record of campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics)
- 1-2 years of experience training or coaching professionals (formal training role or mentorship)
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, or similar)
- Strong sales and business development mindset - ability to identify and close opportunities
- Excellent communication skills - can simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial - comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment
Technical Skills:
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent)
- Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)
- CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce basics)
- Video editing basics (Capcut, Adobe Premiere, CaptureMaster)
- Basic WordPress knowledge
- Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Certification in Digital Marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot Academy, Coursera certificates, etc.)
- Experience with content management and video creation
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging marketing technologies
- Remote work experience in startup or fast-paced environments
- Background in education technology or EdTech

RESPONSIBILITIES AT A GLANCE
Week 1-2 Focus:
- Prepare and deliver training content using LMS
- Support existing and new student enrollments
- Conduct client discovery calls

- Active student enrollments and course completions
- Corporate client outreach (10-15 conversations/proposals per month)
- New revenue generation through course sales
- Student satisfaction and course feedback ratings
Long-term Growth:
- Build academy reputation and brand presence
- Expand course offerings based on market demand
- Develop partnerships with corporate training departments
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
