Role Overview:
The
Digital Marketing Manager
will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role involves leading client campaigns, managing a team, coordinating with creative and strategy departments, and ensuring high ROI from digital activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients across industries.

Manage end-to-end digital campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Drive SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, and content marketing initiatives.

Oversee campaign budgets, track KPIs, and deliver monthly/quarterly reports to clients.

Lead a team of digital executives, content creators, and performance marketers.

Collaborate with design, copy, and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.

Manage client relationships, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction.

Optimize websites, landing pages, and ad creatives to boost conversion rates.

Monitor competitor activities and recommend innovative strategies for growth.
Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, Analytics, and automation platforms.

Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
