We are now looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives and drive client success.


Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role involves leading client campaigns, managing a team, coordinating with creative and strategy departments, and ensuring high ROI from digital activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients across industries.
  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Drive SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, track KPIs, and deliver monthly/quarterly reports to clients.
  • Lead a team of digital executives, content creators, and performance marketers.
  • Collaborate with design, copy, and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction.
  • Optimize websites, landing pages, and ad creatives to boost conversion rates.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend innovative strategies for growth.


Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, Analytics, and automation platforms.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong business and client-focused mindset.
