Overview: We're seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.

Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.

Manage the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media metrics.

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools.

Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
