Digital Marketing Manager

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Paid Ads, etc.).
  • Manage and mentor the digital marketing team (executives, interns, designers, content creators).
  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, conversions) and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and business teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management.
  • Build brand presence across platforms and maintain consistency in brand messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid ad management.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
