Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to manage the complete lifecycle of our digital products and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing all digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Plan campaigns for product launches, promotions, and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities.
  • Content & Branding
  • Create, manage, and optimize engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with designers for visuals, creatives, and video content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Digital Advertising & Lead Generation
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Optimize ad performance for ROI and lead quality.
  • Track conversions and implement retargeting strategies.
  • SEO & Website Management
  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO for company websites.
  • Manage landing pages, website updates, and performance tracking.
  • Work with developers to improve user experience (UI/UX).
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Manage daily postings, engagement, and growth on social media channels.
  • Run influencer collaborations and partnerships when required.
  • Monitor trends and create viral/relevant content.
  • Email & WhatsApp Marketing
  • Build and manage email campaigns, automation, and segmentation.
  • Use WhatsApp Business/automation tools for promotions and customer engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs across campaigns (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI).
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM reports.
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
  • Product Growth & Customer Journey
  • Manage digital product promotions from awareness to sales funnel.
  • Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
  • Suggest improvements in digital product offerings based on market feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media management, and paid campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, Canva/Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of digital sales funnels and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
