Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong agency experience to lead our advertising team and shape winning market strategies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digital marketing, have a proven track record of building and executing campaigns, and work closely with the sales team to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Proficiency in Malayalam is a must, as the role requires strong communication and cultural understanding to effectively connect with our regional audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the advertising team to deliver innovative campaigns.
• Develop and implement market strategies that drive growth and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, SEO, email, content, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Ensure client requirements are met with creative, high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in a marketing agency environment.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content, PPC, analytics).
• Proven ability to develop and execute market strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client communication and presentation abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
