We are a growing organization committed to delivering excellence in IT industry. We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts, drive measurable growth, and manage creative content production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and oversee content strategies for social media, website, and email marketing.
• Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and rankings.
• Analyze web traffic metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Manage PPC campaigns and allocate budgets for maximum ROI.
• Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Design posters, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
• Edit marketing videos and reels for various platforms.
• Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Monitor trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and implement them proactively.
• Maintain and enhance online brand presence and reputation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions.
