- Build and execute the digital marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Decide which channels matter: SEO, paid ads, social, email, content, influencer, automation.
- Run paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Oversee content calendars for social media.
- Optimize funnels — landing pages, email drip campaigns, retargeting.
- Ensure website ranks, blogs drive traffic, and authority is built.
- Manage keyword research, link-building, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Track KPIs: CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR, CPL, conversion rates.
- Kill underperforming campaigns fast, double down on winners.
- Lead designers, copywriters, ad managers, freelancers, or agencies.
- Ensure the whole team is aligned and delivers measurable results.
- CRM & email automation (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
- Segment audience, personalize campaigns, build automated nurture sequences.
