Digital Marketing Manager

India

  • Build and execute the digital marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Decide which channels matter: SEO, paid ads, social, email, content, influencer, automation.
  • Run paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Oversee content calendars for social media.
  • Optimize funnels — landing pages, email drip campaigns, retargeting.
  • Ensure website ranks, blogs drive traffic, and authority is built.
  • Manage keyword research, link-building, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Track KPIs: CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR, CPL, conversion rates.
  • Kill underperforming campaigns fast, double down on winners.
  • Lead designers, copywriters, ad managers, freelancers, or agencies.
  • Ensure the whole team is aligned and delivers measurable results.
  • CRM & email automation (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
  • Segment audience, personalize campaigns, build automated nurture sequences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
