Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing the company’s digital marketing strategy across all platforms. The role demands proven expertise in managing end-to-end digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, app promotion, lead generation, and business growth. The candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing corporate digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Plan and execute app promotion campaigns to drive downloads, user engagement, and retention.
- Drive high-quality lead generation through paid campaigns, organic channels, and targeted digital initiatives.
- Lead the planning and execution of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Drive content strategy (blogs, videos, creatives, newsletters) to engage target audiences.
- Analyze digital performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI) and present insights to management.
- Manage the company website and ensure continuous optimization for SEO and user experience.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to support lead generation and revenue targets.
- Identify training, tools, and technologies needed to strengthen digital marketing execution.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure high ROI.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record of managing corporate digital marketing campaigns (3–5 years).
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Hands-on experience in app promotion campaigns and digital lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong content planning, creative thinking, and execution skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
