  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe tools (preferred), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
  • Analytical mindset for ROI and performance tracking.

Core Roles & Responsibilities1. Brand & Online Presence

  • Build and maintain a strong digital brand identity for the company.
  • Curate Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other wedding-related platforms.
  • Ensure all visuals and copy align with the brand style (aesthetic storytelling, emotional connect, premium feel).

2. Social Media Strategy

  • Develop monthly content calendars with reels, carousels, and trending wedding-related content.
  • Plan and execute campaigns around wedding seasons, festivals, and trending hashtags.
  • Track engagement, followers, and conversion growth.

3. Content Marketing

  • Oversee wedding highlight films, reels, and BTS (behind-the-scenes) content.
  • Collaborate with photographers, editors, and clients for storytelling-driven posts.
  • Write engaging captions, blog posts, and website content (SEO optimized).

4. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Run targeted ad campaigns on Instagram, Meta Ads, and Google Ads for lead generation.
  • Track ROI and manage ad budgets to maximize bookings.
  • Optimize landing pages for inquiries and conversions.

5. SEO & Website Management

  • Optimize company website for search terms like "Best Wedding Photographer in [City]".
  • Manage Google My Business for local leads.
  • Regularly update galleries, testimonials, and blogs.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs: website traffic, leads, conversion rate, cost per lead, ad performance.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards.
  • Provide monthly performance reports with growth strategies.

7. Client Engagement

  • Manage email marketing campaigns for past clients (anniversaries, referral discounts).
  • Build WhatsApp/Telegram communities for potential clients.
  • Respond to inquiries on social platforms promptly.

8. Partnerships & PR

  • Collaborate with wedding planners, venues, and bridal boutiques for cross-promotions.
  • Pitch wedding blogs and magazines for features.
  • Manage influencer tie-ups (brides, stylists, or fashion bloggers).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
