We’re looking for an Advertising Manager who can take our brand to the next level by crafting and executing advertising strategies that get results.

The Role
We’re seeking a creative, results-driven Advertising Manager to lead marketing initiatives that build our brand presence and drive student enrollment. You’ll be responsible for developing campaigns across digital, social, print, and email—always with an eye toward conversions and growth.

This role blends creative vision with data-driven execution, so you’ll need to be just as comfortable designing a killer ad as you are analyzing performance metrics.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute advertising campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, and print) that align with our business goals.
• Collaborate with our content, sales, and operations teams to create engaging, on-brand materials that resonate with aspiring and experienced real estate investors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
• Manage and grow our social media presence to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to boost conversions.
• Create visually compelling ad creative and promotional materials using graphic design tools.
• Oversee website updates and optimizations in GoHighLevel to ensure our content is current, user-friendly, and SEO-friendly.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, making strategic adjustments to improve results.
• Write persuasive, clear ad copy that reflects our brand voice and speaks directly to our audience’s needs. (No ChatGPT - real copywriting)

What You’ll Bring

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong copywriting skills with a knack for crafting persuasive, benefit-driven messages.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and strategies.
• Knowledge of social media marketing best practices and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques and user experience principles.
• Strong research skills to inform and refine campaign strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns at once.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
