Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute 360° digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities and ensure measurable ROI.
- Campaign Management
- Oversee Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and conversions.
- SEO & Content Marketing
- Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Oversee blog content, website updates, and landing page optimization for traffic and lead generation.
- Social Media & Branding
- Guide the social media team in creating engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Manage influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager to track performance.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Team Management
- Lead and mentor digital marketing executives, social media specialists, designers, and content creators.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams for aligned campaigns.
- Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Recommend and test new platforms and growth hacks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably agency or brand side).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Automation tools.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in Google Ads / HubSpot / Meta Ads.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Knowledge of web development basics (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS).

Pay: ₹15,277.67 - ₹62,934.29 per month

- Pitampura, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
