Digital Marketing Manager

Cairo, Egypt

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for 2 key areas. 1- Performance and efficiency ,which revolves around all the digital campaigns, whether leads or equity, including all their planning, , budget management, execution, optimization, efficiency and reporting. 2- Digital transformation across the customer journey, working very closely with the VP, AS / SP BUs , Digital Transformation BU, Agencies and vendors to plan , execute and manage for success all the current and new projects in the pipeline. All of this is for all our PC brands. Coaching, mentoring and managing these direct reports is a key task for this role..


Job Duties :


  • Lead and support the media buying team for all the media campaigns
  • Plan , monitor, analyze and recommend improvements for all Search, Social Media, Native and Video campaigns
  • Measure, report and optimize performance of digital channels against company goals (Digital KPIs, Digital Sales, and ROI)
  • Analyze the full leads journey and funnel , to ensure efficiency across all the steps and maximum ROI for all the campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate effectively with other business functions, agencies and other vendor partners where needed.
  • Gather and share competitive insights related to digital marketing strategies by competitors and recommend marketing strategies based on learned insights
  • Work very closely with the VP PC Marketing to plan and deliver the digital transformation journey and project for the PC Sales, AS , SP BUs
  • Work very closely on executing and managing for success all the current and new digital tools , with the different BUs ( Sales, AS , SP, Digital Transformation, IT, Procurement) as well as external agencies and vendors
  • Ensure the smooth integration of all the new digital tools within the PC Marketing BU and Partners, through workshops and day to day discussions
  • Ensure the team readiness and development to take over the management of the new tools once launched, their sustainability and improvement plans to get the maximum ROI



Requirements :


  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree – Business , marketing or related degrees.
  • Special Certification or Training Required: N/A
  • Required Industry Experience: 7-10 years of experience
  • Technological Requirements: Microsoft Excel/Google spreadsheets, Web/Mobile App analytics tools, Data Analysis tools, SEO, web based applications/solutions, UI/UX Expert and project management
  • Language Requirements: Excellent command of English
