Digital Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement the company’s digital marketing strategy across all online platforms.

Manage paid performance campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified leads and conversions.

Oversee SEO, SEM, content marketing, and website optimization.

Design and execute data-driven campaigns targeting different customer segments.
Customer Acquisition & Engagement
-
Build and optimize digital funnels to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
-
Collaborate with product and sales teams to launch digital campaigns that support new product offerings.
-
Manage marketing automation tools, email campaigns, and re-targeting initiatives.
Analytics & Optimization

Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance against KPIs (CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, ROI).

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to continuously optimize campaigns.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
Content & Social Media

Oversee digital content creation including landing pages, blogs, social media posts, and digital assets.

Drive social media strategy to increase engagement and brand presence.

Work closely with creative agencies, media buyers, and influencers.
Compliance & Governance

Ensure all campaigns comply with ADIB and advertising regulations.

Safeguard customer data privacy in all digital activities.
QUALIFICATION
-
Bachelor's degree and/or MBA major in marketing or business studies.
-
6-10 years of working experience in marketing/digital agency/e-commerce with at least 3 years in performance marketing.

Proven track record in lead generation, conversion optimization, and managing large-scale digital campaigns.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
-
Open to candidate from Consumer Finance, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, Agency side.

Knowledge of Egypt’s digital consumer finance/fintech landscape is highly preferred

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights.

Fluency in Arabic and English.

Expert in digital and growth marketing, performance marketing, customer funneling, google analytics, SEO/SOM, AdWords, email and SMS marketing, understanding of UX/UI, A/B testing, on boarding, lead generation, e-commerce, applications, creative, analytical, data-driven, collaborative, team player, open minded, inquisitive, great communicator both written and verbal, quick, comfortable with numbers and analysis.
