Jollibee UAE is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives and expand Jollibee’s online presence in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day management of aggregator platforms to drive order volume, visibility, and promotions.

Own the aggregator campaign calendar — from briefing to execution — aligned with business and seasonal objectives.

Optimize platform listings, menu merchandising, product availability, bundles, pricing, and ratings to improve conversion and competitiveness.

Manage relationships with aggregator account managers

Brief and coordinate creative assets for aggregator campaigns in collaboration with social and media agencies, ensuring brand alignment and platform-specific optimization.

Partner with agency teams to adapt and repurpose social content or media creations for aggregator placements.

Track and analyze weekly performance reports across platforms, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

Coordinate monthly campaign reviews to align messaging, spend, and channel performance.

Work with internal teams and agency partners to develop testing roadmaps across aggregator platforms.

Collaborate with store operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure promotional readiness and product availability.
Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with at least 2+ years focused on aggregator platforms or digital marketplaces.

Experience coordinating with creative, media, and social agencies from briefing through execution and reporting.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI dashboards.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced F&B or QSR environment.
