Job Description:
HOOQx is seeking a female Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of all major digital marketing channels and tools, along with proven experience in leading successful online campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels
• Handle SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) activities
• Oversee social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives
• Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics platforms
• Manage company’s online presence and brand visibility
• Lead a small team and collaborate with designers, content writers, and developers
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role
• Strong experience in handling end-to-end digital campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of:
• SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC Campaigns
• Google Analytics & Google Ads
• Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Content Marketing & Social Media Strategy
• Web Traffic & Conversion Optimization
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Leadership and project management ability

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 or based on experience and last drawn salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Google Ads: 2 years (Preferred)
