About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth through innovative digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, brand strategy, and analytics, along with leadership skills to manage a dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve business goals and ROI targets.
• Plan and execute social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful communication.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance.
• Mentor and guide the marketing team to ensure high productivity and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end digital campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
