Job description;
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the mall’s marketing and footfall objectives.
- Manage the mall’s online presence along with monthly content calendar for social media platforms.
- Create engaging, creative posts for mall and tenant sales coverage (images, videos, reels, stories) in coordination with the agency along with a strong eye on online community.
- Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all digital channels and website. Improve website SEO and user experience.
- Conceptualize creative campaigns, influencer/bloggers collaborations, and mall storytelling ideas. Build strong relationships with tenants to promote their brands digitally.
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and any other digital platform to increase visibility and footfall.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and data analysis.
- Support offline events through digital amplification.
- Track and report performance across all digital channels.
Qualifications & Skills;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (retail, mall, or FMCG industry or agency preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid ads, and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think visually and strategically.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Canva/Adobe tools (preferred).
- Team player with project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns.
