Marketing Manager
At Monster Tower, marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can improve their boating experience. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager who’s eager to lead demand generation initiatives across multiple brands.
The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. This role requires equal proficiency in day-to-day marketing execution and long-term strategic planning while managing projects across our DTC portfolio of brands.
Objectives of this role
· Establish brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans that drive measurable results in key KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue)
· Lead the planning & execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving cross-functional collaboration
· Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
· Create, maintain, and report on analytics across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and tactical recommendations
· Partner with sales, operations, and web development to continuously improve customer experience, brand visibility, and product-market fit
Responsibilities
· Manage and prioritize marketing initiatives across multiple DTC brands, ensuring each brand’s strategy aligns with overall portfolio objectives while maintaining unique positioning.
· Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across SEO, PPC, Email, etc. - ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
· Maintain and manage annual marketing calendars, content plans, and promotional schedules across multiple DTC brands.
· Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives through tracking and attribution analysis, optimizing investment priorities accordingly.
· Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
· Develop creative briefs and guide marketing asset development (copy, imagery, digital content, and print collateral).
· Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, and document marketing processes
· Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Required skills and qualifications
· Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
· Hands-on experience with managing SEO & SEM campaigns
· Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, & Google Search Console
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
· Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
· Experience with marketing automation, analytics, and AI-based tools.
Preferred skills and qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
· Experience working with eCommerce platforms and online marketing tools
· Familiarity with boating, marine, or outdoor lifestyle industries a plus
· Willingness to travel
