Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Salary Range: $75,000- $90,000

Location: Helena, MT

Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in elevating Bloom MT’s digital presence and customer engagement through the development, execution, and continuous improvement of our digital media ecosystem. This role oversees key digital touchpoints including the Bloom MT App, Loyalty Program, Website, and In-Store Digital Experience, ensuring an integrated and engaging brand experience that drives customer retention and growth.

The ideal candidate blends creative storytelling and digital strategy with strong technical and analytical skills. They thrive on improving user experience, optimizing performance, and finding innovative ways to bring the Bloom MT brand to life through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Loyalty & App Management

  • Manage and enhance the Bloom MT Loyalty Program, driving member engagement, retention, and overall lifetime value.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and content strategy for the Bloom App, including promotions, push notifications, and campaign integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Retail) to align app and loyalty initiatives with store-level goals.
  • Analyze app and loyalty metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and campaign effectiveness.

Website & Digital Presence

  • Maintain and optimize the Bloom MT website for usability, SEO, and conversion performance.
  • Partner with creative and IT teams to refresh visuals, content, and site architecture to reflect evolving brand priorities.
  • Drive e-commerce and digital menu integration, ensuring a seamless experience from discovery to purchase.
  • Monitor website analytics, performance, and search rankings, adjusting strategy based on insights.

In-Store Digital Experience

  • Lead creative and operational oversight of in-store digital screens and menus, ensuring content is timely, on-brand, and engaging.
  • Develop content rotation strategies (promotions, new products, educational content, community initiatives) that enhance the retail environment.
  • Partner with retail operations to test and deploy new technologies that enrich the in-store digital experience.

Campaigns, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement

  • Build digital campaigns that connect the online and in-store experience—loyalty, email, SMS, and app-based activations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership on content calendars, creative direction, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Stay current on digital trends, platforms, and cannabis marketing best practices to keep Bloom ahead of the curve.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to improve campaign ROI and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, loyalty management, or e-commerce (cannabis/retail experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in digital platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Alpine IQ, Dutchie, Springbig, or similar loyalty/app systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI, SEO, digital analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager), and campaign optimization.
  • Proven ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to obtain a Montana Cannabis Worker’s Permit
