Overview

Langmuir Systems is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager. This role will shape and scale our online presence across performance channels and social media, driving measurable revenue impact. We design and manufacture accessible, high-performance CNC plasma tables, mills, and related fabrication tools for hobbyists, small shops, and light industrial users.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading strategies and execution across paid, owned, and earned channels, owns social media management and content planning. The role includes stewardship of a meaningful marketing budget, rigorous testing, and accountability to growth, ROI, and CAC/LTV targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s social media strategy and calendar across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok), including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy tailored to the CNC market and our customer segments (hobbyists, small shops, light industrial).
  • Collaborate directly with content creators to maintain a strong marketing presence, driving new customer acquisition and building brand awareness across multiple digital channels
  • Drive e-commerce performance through continuous optimization of audiences, creatives, bids, and budgets.
  • Measure and report campaign results against KPIs and ROI; recommend spend reallocations based on performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver content on time in support of growth goals.
  • Analyze multi-channel customer journeys, identify conversion and drop-off points, and optimize funnels and landing pages.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven social media management and planning experience, including content calendars and audience growth.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights and forecasts.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite).
  • Familiarity with ad serving and campaign management tools across major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript constraints is preferred.
  • Effective project management, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • High energy, ownership mindset, and results orientation.
  • Fully onsite role in The Woodlands, TX or Lakeville, MN.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
