Role Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong technical and creative skills. You’ll own web development, social media management, paid advertising, and AI-driven marketing initiatives while collaborating directly with leadership to execute high-impact strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development & Optimization: Manage and enhance company websites (WordPress or similar), ensuring fast performance, strong SEO, and seamless user experience.
• Social Media Management: Build content calendars, grow engagement on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and manage community interactions.
• Paid Advertising: Plan and run Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok campaigns with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
• AI-Powered Marketing: Integrate AI tools for content creation, chatbots, automation, and data analysis to improve efficiency and reach.
• Creative Content: Oversee and occasionally create high-quality video content—video editing skills are a strong plus.
• Monitor analytics and conversion metrics to guide strategy.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Hands-on website management (CMS, basic HTML/CSS, SEO best practices).
• Proven expertise in social media strategy, content planning, and audience growth.
• Strong track record running and optimizing paid ad campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation, content generation, or analytics.
• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) are a major advantage.
