  • Strategy and campaign management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Team and budget management: Lead the digital marketing team, manage campaign budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Performance analysis: Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and present results to leadership to optimize strategies.
  • Channel management: Oversee all digital channels, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media, and email marketing.
  • Content and social media oversight: Develop content strategies, manage social media presence and community engagement, and ensure brand messaging consistency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like sales, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
  • Trend monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep strategies current.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Hard skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM (including Google Ads), social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Content Management Systems (CMS) is also essential.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are critical.
  • Education and experience: A bachelor's degree in a related field (like Marketing or Communications) and several years of experience are typically required.
