Active Life Medical Products Inc. is a disposal medical supply provider specializing in dispensing incontinence, urological, and ostomy products for recurring patients where the products are covered by their insurance.

Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Pay-Per-Click (PPC), SEO, SEM, and multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand awareness, driving high-quality web traffic, and generating leads across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is both a creative strategist and an analytical thinker with a strong understanding of performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and improve funnel performance through testing and optimization.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC (Google Ads), social media, email, and display advertising channels.
  • Continuously improve ad performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimization.

Content Management

  • Oversee or contribute to the creation of compelling content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and platform-specific dashboards to monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, cost-per-lead, and ROAS.
  • Provide clear performance insights, dashboards, and recommendations to management, highlighting wins, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Budget Management

  • Allocate, track, and manage digital marketing budgets across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure efficient scaling of search and paid media spend while maintaining or improving LTV:CAC ratios.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, developers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to execute campaign initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.

Tech Stack & Martech Management

  • Oversee CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to support lead nurturing and pipeline growth.
  • Maintain expertise in Martech tools, platform changes, and best practices to ensure systems remain optimized and current.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, and SEM best practices.
  • Expertise in paid media platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record in scaling digital advertising efficiently with strong ROI.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with:
  • Google Analytics / GA4
  • Meta Business Suite
  • HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Social media management and strategic planning.
  • Excellent project management and team leadership abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with measurable results.
  • Preferred but not required certifications:
  • Google Ads Certification
  • HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
