Global Degrees is a leading overseas education consultancy with 18 branches.
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance, growth, CRM, and brand marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in running paid campaigns, building marketing automation journeys, executing student-centric brand messaging, and driving end-to-end lead generation funnels.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing
- Utilize strong Performance Marketing Expertise to manage digital campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation and remarketing.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with clear CPA/CPL targets.
WhatsApp Marketing & CRM Flows
- Execute WhatsApp Broadcast campaigns and automation workflows.
- Build drip journeys, segmentation, and full-funnel WhatsApp nurturing flows.
- Integrate WhatsApp effectively into lead nurturing processes.
Growth Marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and user acquisition channels.
- Optimize CAC through experimentation and A/B testing.
- Identify new digital, offline, referral, and influencer-led growth avenues.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Work with analytics dashboards, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking.
- Conduct cohort analysis and convert data into actionable insights.
- Provide weekly, monthly performance reports for decision-making and scaling campaigns.
Brand Marketing & Positioning
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop student-focused messaging and campaigns tailored to universities and colleges.
Event & On-Ground Marketing
- Coordinate on-ground college activations, seminars, workshops, and education fairs.
- Collaborate with operations teams to plan and execute student outreach activities.
Lead Management & Conversion Support
- Manage CRM workflows, branch-wise lead assignment, and lead quality scoring.
- Work closely with the telesales team to improve conversion rates.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with counsellors, designers, performance agencies, and other external partners.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in digital/performance marketing (education industry preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
